Peec AI
Updated 2026-06-21An AEO/GEO platform for AI search analytics, brand tracking, and competitor benchmarking, built for mid-market teams and agencies. Customers include Squarespace, Hugo Boss, and Attio. About $29M raised at a $100M+ valuation, with $10M ARR. Recent releases: the Actions worklist, an MCP server, and Crawl Insights.
Three scores, refreshed weekly from live market signals rather than a once-a-year analyst report. Presence is how established a vendor is in the market right now. Velocity is how fast they are shipping, raising, and winning customers. Agent Readiness is how easily your own agents can build on them through an API, MCP server, SDK, or CLI. Scores are relative across the vendors we track; the raw inputs ship in the downloadable dataset.
The Solution & Approach
Peec AI is the mid-market and agency play in AEO/GEO. It tracks how often, where, and why AI engines cite a brand across ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews on every plan, with Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, Grok, Copilot, Llama, and Google AI Mode sold as paid add-on engines. The bet, stated by CEO Marius Meiners, is that volume buyers rather than the enterprise accounts Profound chases are where AI-search measurement scales: two-thirds of the base is companies with 100 to 200 employees.
The product has widened from a citation tracker into a fuller suite. Actions converts visibility data into a prioritized worklist, Crawl Insights and Crawlability cover the technical crawl side of GEO, an MCP server adds read and write access from Claude, Cursor, and VS Code, and a formal agency program ships dedicated multi-client pricing. A May 2026 roadmap extends past visibility tracking into brand-perception analytics, commerce, and measurement.
Peec also pushes a category POV through research. Its 500,000-prompt study argued AI Overviews is the most undertracked AI search surface, appearing in 86.7% of April 2026 searches, and its ChatGPT fanout analysis showed engines inject "best" into roughly 24% of advice queries and pull from review sites whether or not users ask.
